EgyptaBazaar was a spark—it inspired me to dive deeper into the world of Egyptian handmade industries like kilim, rugs, and pottery. I wanted to share the richness of these crafts, the heritage behind each piece, and the hands that crafted them

As I worked on EgyptaBazaar, I found myself drawn beyond Egypt’s borders, exploring civilizations that have intersected with ours throughout history—those of Asia, Europe, and Africa. I began to see these cultures as interconnected, each leaving its mark on the others, and I wanted to bring those connections to light as well

With Historisma.com, I’m taking that passion to a new level. This new website will focus on history, tourism, and culture—not only in Egypt, but around the world. My purpose with Historisma is to continue writing and to enlighten minds and souls. I want people to see how civilizations have faced challenges and healed over time, how they’ve kept moving forward with patience and passion
